This is our opportunity to describe the

different activities we offer, and what it costs.

Annual membership subscriptions = £35.00 pa

Second claim members = £10.00 pa

Plus a weekly payment = £1.00 pw when at club

OAP & unemployed free annual membership

Membership fees cover affiliations to UKA, SEAA, Essex AA, Southern Counties AA, National Cross Country Union, North of the Thames AA and all club race entries.

TRACK AND FIELD ATHLETICS

Our Track and field athletics teams offers the opportunity to those that usually only do road running or cross country to come along and have a go at something different. Perhaps an event they may never have dreamed of doing in the past. Like throwing the Javelin, putting the shot, contesting a steeple-chase to name but a few of the events at a full track meeting.

Come on. Have a go. You may be the next superstar in the making!

North Of The Thames

ROAD RUNNING

Our club competes in a Summer mid-week road racing league. This is The Assembly League, which has been going since the mid 1970's. The races are all up to a maximum of 3.5 miles, and held at different venues in London, both North and South of the River Thames.

MIXTURE OF CROSS COUNTRY AND ROAD RACES

During the Winter, our club competes in The Chingford League Cross country. This is a combination of road races and cross country, held at different venues, all local, to add variety.
