Thank you to Alison for all of her hard work in editing The Reporter for the last few years. She has passed her mantle to me and I hope to continue in her footsteps (pun not intended!)
This edition contains results from the Assembly and Elvis leagues, where several Manorites won prizes. Tom has also written a history of the Assembly League which celebrated its fortieth anniversary this year as well as continuing with his pen portraits.

The Still Love 2 Run group continues to go from strength to strength, taking part in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park 10k this summer and filling a much needed intermediate space between the Love2Run and ‘main’ group runs.
Manorites have also been representing the club locally (in the Hackney Half) and further afield – as Jenni, Dan and Lance report.
I have included an article regarding plantar fasciitis in ‘Injury Corner’ and Kate Malcom also shares her thoughts on coping with long term injury and finding ways to stay positive and involved in the club.
If you have an item or pictures for inclusion in the next edition of The Reporter, please let me know (via email or Facebook). I owe an apology to the Youth Section of the club, as they have not been represented in this time. I aim to rectify this in the May edition – so an extra appeal to our younger members (or those who support the Youth Section) for items for inclusion!
