Thursday night training sessions are for all runners aged 18 years and over, focusing on tempo running around 90% of your maximum pace. It should feel challenging enough so that you can’t comfortably chat, but can manage a short sentence and can maintain the pace for the full session.

Members meet at the clubhouse and are grouped into runners of similar paces – for now, groups of no more than six. Routes are set in advance and viewable on this webpage, so all runners should be familiar with distances, directions and their own paces – before arriving at the session.

You must register to attend via Spond from 24 hours before the session, and before you start your journey.

Meeting point: Club HouseLeyton Jubilee Park, 3 Marsh Lane, Leyton, E10 7BL at 7.00pm to register.

Arrive at the Clubhouse by: 7.15pm to register and get into the right group for your pace and preferred distance

Depart Clubhouse by: 7.30pm to run the agreed routes

Return to Jubilee Park by: 8:45pm latest
