The story of Eton Manor AC began in 1913 on a site known then as The Wilderness, now part of The Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.

Today, we’re a thriving club at the heart of the community in Leyton, Leytonstone, Walthamstow and Hackney Wick for runners of all ages and abilities, with a youth section offering coaching in running, jumping and throwing.

For our centenary year, club member John Few authored a history of 100 years of Eton Manor. It offers fascinating glimpses into the evolution of this part of London and the role our club has played for the communities across those decades.

Archives of Eton Manor are kept at The Bishopsgate Institute and are available to view alongside their public collections.
